Aneil is based in London and has worked in advertising for nearly 30 years. He has recently set up his own advertising agency and marketing consultancy, Brand Agents.
In his mainly global roles for agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, M&C Saatchi, Bates and Y&R, he has specialised in working with many travel and tourism clients as well as National Tourist Boards, DMCs and has produced several Government country branding campaigns and economic development programmes. He advises Governments on tourism and investment related issues.
Crises he has worked and advised on include acts of terrorism, war, product re-calls, major fires, crashes, human rights and various real and perceived image issues.
Experience includes campaigns for the UK, Georgia, Turkey, Malta, USA, Ukraine and Tunisia.
In the non-travel sector, notable clients include Amazon, Fuji Film, Ford, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Hewlett Packard and the Royal Horticultural Society.
Widely respected in the field of branding and communications, he has been a Head Judge for the Chartered Institute of Marketing Travel Marketing Awards since 2014 and speaks at many events and conferences in the UK and around the World.
He has been working with ITCMS since 2016.
